Freelance project for Roots Bar in London, in which I produced the Herbalist Manual, a summertime cocktail menu. This predominantly editorial project was accompanied by beautiful hand drawn illustrations provided by independent artist Ellie.
I created iconography as a visual guide for cocktail strengths, assisting guests in choosing their preferred style of summertime drink, but the most important cocktail on the menu has to be the "2 Degrees" drink because for every sale, 50 pence would be donated to Polar Bears International.
